Return Refund and Cancellation Policy
We can process a cancellation only if an order has not been shipped when we receive your cancellation request.

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to request RMA authorization. We will not honor a return without an RMA authorization from us.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Please follow the steps below to request a return.
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would lke to return.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label along with the required document if applicable that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Once a return is received, we will inspect and process a refund, a credit, or an exchange based on the return condition.
In some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
